OncoCyte jumps on partnership with Bio-Rad

** Shares of diagnostics co OncoCyte  OCX.O  rise ~93.3% to
$5.73 in extended trading
    ** Co says it will partner with Bio-Rad Laboratories  BIO.N 
for the commercialization of its blood-based solid organ
transplantation monitoring test GraftAssure assay
    ** OCX says Bio-Rad is expected to make equity investment in
support of deal 
    ** Bio-Rad and Oncocyte will co-market the test inside the
U.S. and Germany, while Bio-Rad gets exclusive global
distribution and commercial rights outside these countries
    ** OCX up 18.6% YTD, as of last close
